this place was overpriced, the room weren't that special. the shower was bad and the bed wasn't great either. i also didn't like the decorations it don't feel like a disney resort at all. also, no airport shuttle? i had to pay for a taxi and it was expensive.

the hotel provided a bottle warmer , a bottle sterilizer , and a baby bathtub , all very convenient. there were many activities available for children. a free shuttle service to the train station and to the disneyland park was very useful. the cleanliness throughout the hotel was noteworthy.
basic toiletries required an extra fee , which was unexpected for a hotel of this standard.

the staff were always ready to assist , even offering to take photos when mickey looked in the lobby. lost items were promptly returned by the concierge. the staff were helpful and always smiling , providing excellent service.

the hotel is located near the park , offering convenient access . a shuttle service runs frequently to the park. this made returning to the hotel after the fireworks very easy , especially with children.

The room included a water machine that provided both hot and room temperature water. The themed gardens looked GORGEOUS.. The complimentary shuttle bus to Disneyland ran every 15 to 20 minutes. It was very convenient.
i found hair on the bathroom towels, perhaps overlooked during cleaning.

the room was a lovely spacious space with comfortable beds. i found the pool to be a wonderful amenity. its location was also convenient for travel to and from disneyland.
my room lacked amenities, such as a toothbrush. i noted that the room did include a water dispenser. the housekeeper ensured the shampoo and lotion were promptly replenished daily however.
